ADA Real platform — current service details

Updated October 14, 2026. These product-specific details apply to ADA Real subscriptions and supplement the general service policies below. The checkout quote and the recurring authorization you accept identify your plan, price, and billing interval.

Saved signup details and communications

When you enter your full name, email, and website, accept the required policies, and click Continue, ADA Real saves an account and website lead before you choose a plan or pay. We use these details to resume checkout, verify account access, respond to inquiries, and administer your service. An unfinished signup may receive a checkout follow-up. Promotional follow-ups include an unsubscribe option. Optional marketing tips, news, and offers use a separate checkbox; leaving it unchecked does not prevent signup. Security, billing, and service messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Billing and verification records

Card details are handled by Stripe. ADA Real records subscription and invoice identifiers, status, quoted price, billing interval, trial dates, and your recurring-billing consent, including its wording/version, acceptance time, IP address, and browser information. Verification codes and secure session controls help protect returning checkout. Transactional emails and attached PDFs contain customer, website, trial, and billing details and are sent using our configured email delivery provider.

Visitor assistance and third-party processing

Visitor preferences and the virtual reading view support browsing. When enabled, reading-view translation sends supported text to the configured Google Cloud Translation or self-hosted LibreTranslate service; translation availability depends on that service. The shared translation cache stores encrypted translations for a limited configured period. Browser accessibility observations submit rule identifiers, severity, counts, and a stripped page path, rather than page excerpts or form values.

The optional AI chat loads through Jotform after you choose Start. Messages you send are processed by that provider; closing chat does not delete messages already sent. Avoid submitting passwords, card details, or sensitive private information. The Contact Us Form collects your name, email, optional phone, and comments to respond to your request. For privacy questions, correction, deletion, or marketing preferences, contact ADA Real.
