Help & troubleshooting

Resolve a connection problem

Use the launcher progress indicator, refresh safely, and distinguish connection, microphone, and voice problems.

Check what is loading

The Accessibility launcher shows progress while assistance prepares. If the Hub is not ready immediately after reactivation, wait for that indicator. A normal temporary delay does not mean a page command or microphone request was applied.

Connection and installation

Confirm the website address is correct, its plan is active, and the latest applicable client is installed. Refresh a public page after a configuration change. Website caches, security rules, or blocked connections can prevent updated behavior; ask the owner or support team to check them.

Microphone errors are separate

No microphone found, access blocked, a busy microphone, and a speech-service failure are different problems. Read the exact message and follow Microphone troubleshooting. Audio Reader voice installation is separate again.

Use the original website

The website’s original content and normal assistive technology remain important alternatives. Where supported, Disable ADA assistance returns this browser to the original website. Report the affected URL, browser/device, time, and visible message without including private form values.
