Choose the correct WordPress installation and update path
Use the package intended for your website, keep one client active, and verify updates before relying on them.
Use the authorized customer download
For a connected customer website, sign in to ADA Real, open My ADA Home, and download the client from the correct website row. The website-specific package and its instructions control the installation. Keep the ZIP intact and use only one ADA Real client or snippet.
WordPress.org submission and installed clients
The separate WordPress.org connector submission is under review. It is not yet an approved directory listing. A submission version and a website-specific customer client can have different version numbers. Do not replace an installed customer client with a review package simply because its number is higher.
Update and verify
- Follow the update offered for the installed client or the instructions supplied by ADAR.
- Confirm the intended plugin and website before replacing a ZIP.
- Check connection status, refresh a public page, and test the launcher, reading, links, forms, and relevant documents.
- Retest important journeys after theme or checkout changes and record any remaining issue.
Keep connection information private
Never publish installation credentials, service tokens, or private account links. Send support the public website address, installed plugin version, browser, and visible error. Payment verification, connection status, and a completed installation are separate checks.
