Find your way around the dashboard

My ADA Home

This is your starting point. The website table shows the domain, plan, payment status, connection, order date, and available actions. Select the action for the website you want to manage; do not assume an action applies to every website in your account. On smaller screens, scroll the table sideways to reach all columns.

Website actions

• Add website saves another website to your account. It does not purchase a plan by itself.
• Download ADA supplies the client when that website has authorized access.
• Manage plan opens subscription information and billing management for that website.
• More actions includes available setup help, contact, audits, address editing, or website settings. The options change with the website’s status.

Audits

Open Audits from the navigation or use the website row’s Audits & reports action. Select the correct website, review its remaining allowance, and request an available check. Reports and dated review history stay with the selected website.

Billing & Payments

Use billing controls to review the account’s available payment tools and documents. Website subscription changes and cancellation should be made through that website’s Manage plan controls, so the correct Stripe subscription is selected. An account-level payment method is not proof that every website has an active plan.

Account Settings

Review your account information and sign-in needs. Your email identifies the account. Password recovery returns you through ADA Real’s branded screens. Keep account access separate from your website’s WordPress administrator credentials.

Understand the statuses

Active subscription or trial means service access is authorized. Not subscribed or unfinished checkout means a plan has not yet been confirmed. Not installed means the public client connection has not been observed. A paused or disabled website needs support review; paying again is not the remedy. See Resolve a connection problem.
