Find confirmations and invoice PDFs

Know which email follows a trial, a first charge, and a renewal.

At trial activation

ADAR submits a congratulations/welcome email when the seven-day trial is verified. It includes a zero-dollar PDF showing the website, trial dates, first scheduled charge, recurring amount and interval, and cancellation guidance. A zero-dollar trial confirmation is not a receipt for captured subscription funds.

After a successful charge

Each confirmed real subscription charge triggers an invoice PDF email. The first paid subscription invoice includes a welcome message; later invoices record subsequent successful charges. A declined or still-processing payment is not a successful charge. If the invoice PDF is not ready or the mail service rejects a send, delivery is retried.

Where emails go

Customer billing emails go to the account email associated with the website subscription. Your administrator’s notification recipient is separate. Check that you are looking in the same inbox used for signup, including shared-inbox rules, Spam/Junk, and mail filters.

Manage billing records

Open the website’s Manage plan controls for its subscription and billing portal. Billing & Payments provides the account’s available payment tools and documents. Keep invoice copies with your own accounting records; do not assume a trial email proves a later charge succeeded.

If an email is missing

  1. Check the signup email address and relevant mailbox folders.
  2. Search for ADA Real and the approximate subscription date.
  3. Check the dashboard’s plan status before making another payment.
  4. Contact ADAR with the website, account email, and missing document/date.
  5. The team can inspect the delivery status and resend the trial welcome with a fresh PDF.

Delivery timing

ADAR attempts to submit the email immediately after verification. Mail providers then control delivery and inbox placement, so “accepted” does not prove it reached your inbox. If it remains missing, ask the team to review the mail-service logs rather than repeatedly submitting checkout.
