Work with the CWS engineering team
Agree priorities, provide authorized access, approve work, and review evidence.
Review before repair
Managed support begins with understanding the reported barriers and the important user journeys. Share your website’s goals, affected pages, known issues, and relevant changes. The CWS engineering team helps prioritize and agree the accessibility work within your plan and project scope.
Provide appropriate access
When access is needed, use an appropriate account or invitation approved by your organization. Agree the permissions and responsible contact. Do not paste administrator passwords or private connection settings into general AI chat, an open document, or a public screenshot. Follow the secure access process requested by the team.
Agree the work
- Identify the pages and journeys to improve.
- Confirm the intended changes and any limitations.
- Clarify who approves content, design, integrations, and deployment.
- Record separately quoted work, larger repairs, or rebuild requirements.
- Choose a useful retest and acceptance process.
Review changes and evidence
Engineers apply the agreed repairs and record remediation progress and retest evidence. Review the affected experience and keep track of unresolved items. Accessibility work can involve content, source code, forms, media, documents, or third-party integrations; visitor preferences alone do not replace that work.
Keep improving after launch
New content and platform updates can introduce new barriers. Keep the client current, repeat important task tests, request audits within your allowance, and tell the team about major website changes. Full Managed website care follows its agreed administration, hosting, maintenance, and onboarding responsibilities.
