Billing & account

Manage payment methods and billing

Use the correct website’s billing controls and distinguish account tools from subscription status.

Updated October 14, 20262 min read

Open the correct subscription

  1. Open My ADA Home.
  2. Find the website whose subscription you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage plan.
  4. Open the available billing-management portal for that subscription.
  5. Review the customer, website, amount, and billing interval before making changes.

Update a saved payment method

Use the secure billing portal’s payment-method controls where available. Follow its verification steps and make sure the intended method is selected for future subscription charges. Changing an account-level payment tool may not automatically update an existing website subscription; check that subscription’s billing settings.

Cards, bank methods, and Link

Available methods vary by the particular payment flow. The Managed trial requires a saved verified card. Account payment tools may offer other methods where supported; that does not mean those methods are accepted for a card-backed trial. Stripe Link is a separate service for managing remembered payment details.

Protect financial details

Enter card or bank information only in the intended secure payment form. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, or verification codes to AI chat or the contact form. Support can work with safe invoice or subscription references when needed.

Failed or disputed charges

Check the displayed payment state and your bank or card provider’s notifications. Contact ADAR with a safe reference and the issue before creating another checkout. A card being saved does not mean a payment succeeded, and a provider-side verification message does not itself activate dashboard access.
