Sign in and recover your password

Use your email and ADA Real’s branded recovery flow.

Updated October 14, 20262 min read

Your sign-in identity

Use the email address associated with your ADA Real account. For new Dashboard2 signups, password setup follows a confirmed subscription or eligible trial, so an unfinished lead does not receive dashboard access merely by setting a password.

Set your first password

When prompted after confirmation, enter and confirm a password of at least 12 characters. Use a unique password and a password manager if available. Complete the form yourself; never share your new password in chat or ask support to choose it.

Recover an existing password

  1. Open the ADA Real sign-in or branded recovery screen.
  2. Request password recovery for your account email.
  3. Open the newest recovery email and use its ADA Real link.
  4. Choose and confirm a new password on the recovery screen.
  5. Continue to saved checkout if the website is unfinished, or to the eligible dashboard when service access is confirmed.

Verification is not a password reset

A checkout verification code proves access to your email so a saved checkout can resume. It is different from password recovery and from Stripe Link verification. Follow the task named in the email rather than trying the code in another service’s form.

If you reach the wrong place

If a link unexpectedly opens a generic WordPress screen, the home page, or a different account, stop and return to the official ADA Real flow. Contact support with the type of email and the visible destination; do not include the secret recovery link or code in public messages.
