Open the available information controls

Use the website’s Accessibility or Privacy controls and the Hub information button where available. Read the site-specific disclosures and Privacy Policy. Available controls depend on the website and its enabled configuration.

Choose visitor assistance

Closing the Hub, resetting adjustments, and disabling assistance are different actions. Disable changes the experience for this website in this browser; it does not uninstall the plugin or cancel the website’s subscription. Save unfinished form work before switching a mode that reloads the page.

Review content before sharing

Enabled hosted translation or optional chat may send the content you choose to process to their configured services. Browser speech features depend on device permissions. Avoid sending account secrets, payment data, or private customer information through public forms or chat.

Account requests and billing

Use the published Privacy Policy and Contact page for requests about personal information. A visitor preference or closing a chat does not erase information already submitted. Manage recurring billing separately in your ADA Real account.
