1. Register the right website
Add the public HTTPS website address in your ADA Real Dashboard. Use the same registered website origin when installing the client gadget.
2. Activate your subscription
Choose your plan and complete secure checkout. Installation and included features unlock after a paid subscription or eligible card-backed trial is verified. A saved lead or audit-only purchase does not activate a gadget subscription.
3. Install the WordPress client
Download the client plugin and follow the website-specific installation instructions in your Dashboard. Connect it using the supplied settings; keep connection tokens private.
4. Confirm visitor features
Open the public website and select Accessibility. Managed and Full Managed should show the AI assistant at the top, plus language selection and supported on-device audio. Self-Service shows its included controls.
5. Keep the client current
Apply client updates and clear relevant WordPress, hosting, or browser cache when checking a change. Avoid multiple copies of the gadget installation on the same website.
6. Get connection support
If the gadget is missing or a feature is unavailable, send ADAR the website address, client version, browser, and visible error through your Dashboard. Check the registered origin, active plan, and connection status first.
AI and audio checks
Choose the AI assistant and select Start. An unavailable connection needs ADAR support; installing another independent chatbot is not required. Audio depends on voices available locally on the visitor’s device. Language choices change the controls; supported reading-view text can also be translated when the translation service is enabled. Availability depends on the configured provider.
