Managed audio reader
Read supported page text aloud using voices available on the visitor’s browser and device. It supplements, rather than replaces, a screen reader.
Nine gadget interface languages
English, Spanish, French, Persian, Arabic, German, Hebrew, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. Available on Managed and Full Managed. These choices change the controls. Reading-view text translation is also available when the website’s translation service is enabled and supports the selected language; the original website and chat provider interface are separate.
ADA Real AI assistant
Find the assistant at the top of the accessibility gadget on Managed and Full Managed websites. Start a chat for general accessibility and product guidance; return to the gadget controls when finished.
Virtual reading and supported documents
Open a focused reading view, adjust text and contrast, navigate supported same-site pages, and return to the original. Image text and supported PDF reading depend on document quality and browser support. Important forms and shopping journeys need website-specific testing.
Contact when you need it
The Sami AI box includes Contact Us Form. Open the popup to send your full name, email, optional phone, and comments.
Engineering support
Managed plans add ADAR review and agreed repairs; those repairs can require engineer work in the website itself.
A visitor gadget cannot repair every underlying accessibility barrier. Source code, content, forms, media, and complete user journeys can still require changes and manual testing.
