Included with Managed care
Managed and Full Managed include AI assistance. Self-Service includes visitor controls and Dashboard guidance, but does not include the AI assistant.

Ask about gadget features, plan differences, installation steps, or general accessibility concepts. The assistant provides guidance; ADAR engineers handle agreed website repairs.
Open it inside ADA
Select Accessibility on the website, then the AI assistant card at the top of the gadget. Select Start to load the chat. Use Back or close the gadget to leave the conversation.
Know its limits
The assistant does not inspect the current website, change page controls, retrieve private reports or billing records, certify compliance, or provide legal advice.

Chat is provided through Jotform and loads after you choose Start. Do not share passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or private website access. Closing the gadget removes the chat frame; it does not delete messages already sent. Contact ADAR through your Dashboard for questions about conversation records.
If the assistant does not open
Check that the website has an active Managed or Full Managed plan, a connected gadget, and the latest client update. Refresh after clearing the relevant site cache. If it still fails, contact ADAR with the page address, browser, plugin version, and visible error. ADAR manages the published assistant connection.
