Understand Managed, Full Managed, monthly/yearly billing, and what the final quote means.
Compare available support
Managed combines visitor tools and reports with ADAR engineer review and agreed accessibility fixes. Enhanced visitor assistance includes AI, on-device audio, and language controls. Reading-view translation depends on the website’s configured translation service. Full Managed includes Managed features plus the website administration, hosting, maintenance, and onboarding work described in its agreed scope.
Current prices
Managed costs $99 per month or $999 per year. Full Managed costs $199 per month or $1,999 per year, plus a $1,499 one-time setup fee. Eligible Managed customers can start with a seven-day free trial. Review the final quote for any approved discounts and the exact amount due today.
One website per plan
A plan applies to one registered website. Adding another website to your account does not automatically extend the first website’s subscription. Choose the appropriate plan for each website. Contact the team before purchasing if you are moving domains, need a multi-site arrangement, or have a special implementation.
Monthly or yearly
- Open the Plans page or the plan-selection step.
- Select Monthly or Yearly and read the displayed amount and interval.
- Check for a separate one-time setup fee.
- At checkout, review both the amount due today and the automatic recurring charge. Your accepted quote controls your purchase.
Trials, offers, and credit
Eligible Managed accounts and websites can receive one seven-day free trial. Full Managed begins with paid checkout. The trial cannot be combined with coupons or standalone audit credit. A verified standalone audit payment can provide up to $99 credit once on the first eligible Managed or Full Managed invoice for the same website; contact the team before subscribing to arrange it. Renewals retain the authorized recurring amount.
Before choosing Full Managed
Discuss the existing website, access requirements, hosting responsibilities, important integrations, and the agreed onboarding or rebuild scope. A plan name is not approval for unlimited redesigns or changes to third-party systems. Keep a written record of the work, approvals, and any separately quoted items.
Existing or included plans
Some existing clients have an included plan or a legacy plan that is not currently offered to new customers. Their available controls follow that website’s active entitlement. Use the website row and Manage plan to see your own status rather than assuming a public offer changes an existing agreement.

These materials use the public demonstration or a safe admin preview. Sample details, screen layouts, and displayed prices can differ from your own account. Your live checkout quote and confirmation control your subscription.
