Installation
Install on another website platform
Use the instructions supplied for your website or arrange an integration review.
Start with your website-specific instructions
ADA Real can provide an installation snippet where that installation method is available for your website. Open its Setup help or installation information in the dashboard. Use the supplied instructions rather than copying a snippet from a different site or from a public tutorial. Availability depends on the website platform and agreed setup.
Work with your administrator
- Identify who controls the website template or approved custom-code area.
- Share the website address and the installation task with that person.
- Have them review the instructions for the registered website.
- Install only one copy in the approved location.
- Open public pages and verify that Accessibility connects and works.
Hosted platforms and restrictions
Some hosted builders, commerce platforms, or corporate websites restrict scripts, embedded services, or custom code. Ask the platform administrator and ADAR to review the supported approach. Do not disable website-wide security protections or paste private credentials into third-party code fields as a workaround.
When the domain or platform changes
Before a migration, tell ADAR which domain and platform are changing and when the public switch is planned. A new public address can require a connection review. Keep old and new addresses, subscription details, and the responsible developer available for coordination.
Verify important journeys
Check navigation, images, documents, forms, and the site’s primary conversion task. Commerce and third-party widgets require website-specific testing. Installation success is the beginning of that review, not certification that all integrations are accessible.
