Audits & reports
Request an audit
Choose the correct website, review your allowance, and understand what is included.
Open the right website
Select Audits from the dashboard navigation or Audits & reports from a website’s More actions menu. Check the selected website before starting. Audit records and allowances belong to that website, not to every domain in your account.
Choose the available check
An active plan includes one full audit request per website every 30 days. The page shows the current allowance, remaining requests, and next available date where applicable. A one-time free homepage check may be offered; it is an automated homepage sample, not the full review. A standalone or additional full audit is a separate one-time purchase where offered. Contact the team to arrange a standalone audit before a subscription.
Request the included audit
- Open Audits and select the website.
- Review the included allowance and any existing requests.
- Select + New audit and the available included audit action.
- Read the result and wait for processing rather than submitting duplicate requests.
- Return to the audit list to follow the status and download a report when ready.
Agree the scope
Public-page checks are bounded and do not automatically exercise every interaction. Tell the team which pages, forms, documents, languages, and business journeys matter most. Engineer review records the scope, tests, evidence, and recommendations. A report can remain preliminary until that review is completed.
If the button is unavailable
The allowance may already be used, subscription verification may be unavailable, the website may be paused, or a request may still be processing. Read the visible reason. Do not buy another subscription to restore an audit button. Contact support with the website and current status.
Published content and explicit evidence
Agree the published pages, posts, products, and shop page in scope. Category and tag archives, user pages, private areas, and drafts are excluded from these public-content checks. A source crawl does not establish a rendered assisted-view pass. Reports should distinguish tested findings, verified passes, and work still awaiting capture or human review.
