Download a report

  1. Open Audits and select the website.
  2. Find the intended audit by date and status.
  3. Choose its PDF download when available.
  4. Save a copy with the website and date so earlier and later versions are easy to distinguish.

Share with your team

Share the report with people responsible for website content, design, development, and testing. If an email-report action is offered, check the recipient carefully before sending. A report can include website details and findings; treat it as a work document rather than posting it publicly without review.

Wait for the reviewed result

A downloadable preliminary report does not mean engineer review has finished. Read the status and agreed review scope. Ask about missing evidence, interactive journeys, documents, or assistive-technology tests that matter to your visitors.

Keep progress visible

Use your website workspace and agreed support process to record repairs, testing, approvals, and unresolved items. Compare the same affected journey after a change. A later scan that no longer flags an item is useful evidence, but it should be considered alongside the appropriate manual test.

Deleted or older reports

Where available, the audit list provides deletion and restoration controls with an explanation of what history is retained. Read the confirmation before removing a report. Keep copies required for your own business records, and ask support if the report you need is missing.
