Find a missing confirmation or invoice

Check the right inbox and request a fresh PDF without paying again.

Confirm what you expect

A trial receives a welcome and zero-dollar PDF. A successful real charge receives an invoice PDF. An incomplete signup may receive a follow-up, but that follow-up is not a subscription receipt. Check the dashboard status and the email’s purpose before treating it as proof of a purchase.

Check the mailbox

  1. Use the same email address you entered for the account.
  2. Search for ADA Real and the approximate date.
  3. Check Spam/Junk, shared-inbox rules, forwarding, blocked senders, and mailbox storage.
  4. Allow messages from the ADAR sender shown in your genuine account messages if your mail policy permits it.
  5. Contact ADAR if the expected message is still missing.

Delivery status has limits

ADAR attempts to submit welcome and invoice emails immediately after verification. The mail service can accept or queue a message while the recipient provider later filters, delays, or rejects it. “Sent” in a site log is not proof of inbox placement. Support may need to review the delivery provider’s records.

Request the right resend

Give support the website, account email, and whether you need the trial confirmation or a specific charge invoice. ADAR can regenerate and resend a trial welcome with its PDF. Do not repeatedly submit payment or create another subscription to force a new email.

Protect codes and documents

Use the newest verification or recovery message for its intended screen. Do not forward secret codes or reset links to support. Invoice PDFs contain customer and billing details; share them only with the people who need them for accounting or support.
